So, yeah, as John said, per two capsules is 300 milligrams caffeine and as well as the 200 milligrams of the DMHA. What you're also going to get, there's a lot of thermogenics too, the cayenne pepper, Paradoxines or Grains of Paradise, big one, your Yohimbine, some good diuretic, vasodilator, the matcha green tea powder, you're also getting the white willow extract, as well as some caffeine or basically stimuli alternatives, the synephrine, the isopropylnorsynephrine, big tongue-twister, a lot of stuff. So it's a very complex label, as well as some nootropics, vinpocetine and huperzine. So mental clarity, really good focus, overall super high stim.

Jordan:
What you could also do too, is if you're not used to high tolerance of caffeine, what I tell a lot of my customers is to start with one capsule, because the serving size is two, so kind of break up the ingredients in half. It kind of sets your tolerance to it, especially if you're not used to that much DMHA or that much caffeine. But this is a fantastic alternative to those who have been missing those Hi-Tech fat burners or Stimerex, Lipodrenes, or just any DMHA in general. If you haven't tried the Arsynist, definitely should, for sure.

One thing you mentioned, a lot of people who are used to the Lipodrene and things like that are looking for an alternative. Like you said, this is a little bit too strong, so one capsule should put it kind of right in line with some of those.
