And the expertI saw a clip. We all kind of tout the thing he said about Tongkat Ali and having the ability to boost your test potentially like 300 points. But I saw another clip of him on another podcast recently and he was talking about a couple guys he knew. And it seems like with the test boosters, the guys with the low test are going to get the most dramatic results.

Brad:
Yeah, for sure.

John:
But he talked about a couple guys who threw a combination of like Fadogia and Tongkat Ali, went from like 300 to 700 points.

Brad:
That's huge. That's a substantial big boost. The normal range, I think is a 250 to 900, right?

John:
Yeah.

John:
So they're all from 300 to 700 that's low end to high end of the spectrum. So the ingredients that we have in here are going to be Fadogia, Agrestris, Tongkat Ali, Ashwagandha and Zinc. The Fadogia is at 1200 milligrams. The Tongkat is at 400 milligrams. The Ashwagandha is KSM 66 at 600 milligrams. And then the Zinc, you get 50 milligrams of OptiZinc. So the zinc is going to be something that you see in like ZMA and a lot of test boosters. It's a mineral that has correlation with low levels of zinc and low levels of testosterone, high levels of zinc, high levels of testosterone. So there is some sort of play in there that gives you more testosterone. And then the Fadogia, the Tongkat and Ashwagandha are all different herbal things.

John:
The Ashwagandha is going to help by lowering your cortisol. The less cortisol you have, the more your body will produce testosterone and gain yourself free testosterone. Because cortisol is your stress hormones. So when it's high, it kind of shuts a lot of things down.

John:
You take Tongkat Ali?

Brad:
I don't. I believe you do right?

John:
I love Tongkat Ali. My dad on Tongkat Ali. I was doing the Force Factor, switched over to High Tech once High Tech came out. And you know, when I first saw Testosterone 21, I was like, uh , you know, 50 bucks, it's not cheap, but considering you're going to pay 30, 35 bucks for just the bottle of Tongkat Ali. And here, you're also getting the Fadogia and a pretty hefty dose of Ashwagandha. Pretty good bang for your buck. Another thing I was watching some videos reading up on this a little bit.

John:
It seems like a lot of guys do Fadogia , two weeks on two weeks off.

Brad:
Oh, okay.

John:
So potentially you could stretch this bottle to be like a two month supply. If you were to take it that way.

Brad:
Yeah. And even with these doses, it's one serving there's 30 servings in the container. Four tablets as a serving. You could definitely get by with not using the full serving and still get a lot of benefits. So you use three pills. You're still getting 450 milligrams of Ashwagandha. That's a lot. So there's kind of a cult following of Fadogia on Reddit. And everyone wants to know if Fadogia makes their balls bigger.

Brad:
Oh, okay.

John:
So where this comes from, there were actually a couple rat studies and rats balls got 15% bigger following taking Fadogia.

Brad:
15 percent is pretty big.

John:
Yeah [crosstalk 00:04:28] a lot of guys are chasing that. It also, in addition to testosterone and helping you build muscle, it seemed to increase libido.

John:
I know the rats were much more active and active more for frequently on the Fadogia so if, if you're looking for a little boost in libido, Fadogia is a great ingredient for that as well.
