Most of mine comes through coffee. I'd say... I don't know, probably 600 to 1,000, depending on the day.

Okay, and I think that's the same with me, too.

So, this one, you are getting 350 milligrams. So, it is a hefty dose-

John:
And it's all caffeine anhydrous, too.

Jeff:
It's all caffeine... Exactly.

Jeff:
So, I would be popping, like, two of these at the same time. That's one capsule with that amount. So, it's a hefty dose.

Jeff:
Next is what John and I talked about earlier, which was the DMHA. Can you give them an idea of DMHA, or-

John:
You know what [inaudible 00:02:10]? I always kind of compare everything to... Arsyn's a really popular fat burner. Arsynist, as it's called now. I think that's got about 200. A lot of people know the convict pre-workout. I think that's about 225. So, I think that gives some people kind of a measure. So, you're going to get some good energy-

Yep.

John:
... but it's not going to be over the top.

Jeff:
No, no, you get a 100 milligrams, and I like DMHA. I mainly have it in my pre-workout. Mesomorph is the one that I take-

John:
Yep.

Jeff:
... that's got it in it, but I can actually feel it when a product has DMHA, and when it doesn't. The focus is there, and I'm actually... For me, anyway, I could stay at the gym a lot longer.

John:
Absolutely.

Jeff:
So, this one should give you some really great energy and focus. The next one, which I'm going to butcher, is the eleuthero root extract.

John:
And it's actually also known as Siberian ginseng.

Jeff:
Ah, it is.

Yep.

Okay. So, that's good for a euphoric feeling, right?

John:
Yeah, so, pretty much everything in here is looking to be, like, fat loss, boost athletic performance, and then gall stimulants are going to kind of help suppress the appetite-

... give you more energy to stay active.

Jeff:
Exactly, and then, the last two are Synephrine and portamine, as you said.

John:
Well, you know what's kind of interesting about that one? So, REPP Sports Broken Arrow actually removed the DMHA, and started using some kind of combination of the bitter orange ingredients.

Jeff:
Really?

John:
So, these both come from bitter orange. I believe they're not technically stimulants, but they act like stimulants. And the last one there is going to kind of help balance out all the stimulants in here.

Jeff:
Okay. So, very good. I mean, one capsule [inaudible 00:03:42]

John:
Yeah, they're not even saying to take a second later, so this should be-

Yes.

... kind of all-day energy, and I think the varied sources of stimulants will probably keep you going all day.

Jeff:
Yeah.

Thirty minutes before breakfast. So, empty stomach-

So, you can either take one a day, this will last you two months. Or, like John here... Your fiance takes a lot of your products, right?
