How Does Mesomorph Compare?
If you loved the original Jack3d pre-workout you will love this even more. This product has close to the same ingredients, but it adds more ingredients for pumps, strength and energy. It's an all around energy-muscle building pre-workout supplement.

Directions / Dosage
Recommended Dosage: According to APS Nutrition, you should take 1 scoop 30 minutes before your workout on an empty stomach. But because of the strength and potency of this product, Best Price Nutrition recommends that you begin with 1/2 scoop until you access your tolerance. And yes, men and women can both take this product. Most women of lighter weight should start with just 1/4 the scoop.
Cycling
While cycling Mesomorph is not required, it is recommended to give your body a break over time. Best Price Nutrition recommends that you take for a maximum of 8 weeks before taking at least 4 weeks off. This will allow you to not become too tolerant to the product and needing to take more and more each week. Two bottles should cover and entire cycle.
For those who struggle to get through a workout without a pre-workout, while cycling off of Mesomorph for a few weeks you may want to try a Stimulant Free Pre-Workout. Is the Original 2014 Mesomorph Formula Still Available?
Unfortunately no. Many supplement takers and gym enthusiasts day dream about the days of the original Mesomorph, that formula was changed years ago. The new Mesomorph however is still not only incredibly powerful, but very well rounded as well. It's still our top selling pre-workout supplement. Mesomorph has actually been reformulated twice since the Original 2014 version. In 2017 APS Nutrition removed DMAA and replaced it with DMHA. More recently in November of 2020 APS Nutrition reformulated again removing the Senegalia Berlandieri Extract and adding Geranium Extract (also added to the new JACK3D), as well as Quebracho Blanco Extract, which is a type of Yohimbe from Argentina as opposed to Africa.
What is Quebracho Blanco Extract?
Quebracho Blanco Extract comes from the Quebracho Blanco Tree, also known as the Kebrako or White Quebracho. This tree is native to South America including Brazil, Argentine, Bolivia, and Paraguay. The extract of this tree is another form of Yohimbe. Yohimbe has a long history of use in West Africa as well as in the supplement industry. Yohimbe is often used for energy, thermogenesis, as well as libido and virility.

Generally I'm not a huge fan of proprietary blends and many companies in the supplement industry are getting away from them, I don't hold that against Mesomorph however as this is an old school preworkout from back when proprietary blends were the norm, and its a solid preworkout and hits hard, so long as it works I don't really care if I know the exact dosages of the ingredients.
Mesmorph put me in god mode back in the days of the old DMAA version, the version three was pretty lame to me, if your a C4 Preworkout type person you probably liked it and it wasn't terrible for a mainstream preworkout, but it didn't hit like DMAA or DMHA. The newer version 4 they've added in DMHA along with some other stimulants and Yohimbe and it slaps pretty hard now.

What is Geranium Extract?

How Much Caffeine is in a Serving of APS Mesomorph?
The new Mesomorph V4 does not contain caffeine directly, though it does contain precursors to caffeine as well as DMHA and other powerful stimulants.
Are Pre-Workouts Like Mesomorph Unhealthy or Bad to Take?

DMAA vs DMHA
So the first version of Mesomorph contained DMAA, however DMAA was eventually banned. Mesomorph was initially reformulated removing the DMAA and just using caffeine and other stimulants. The most recent version of Mesomorph, the V4 version DMHA was added along with Geranium Extract and Yohimbine. DMAA is about 2x or 3x as strong as DMHA however the effects are similar. DMHA is typically dosed a bit heavier for this reason. While DMAA and DMHA are very similar many users report that DMAA in addition to providing more energy also provided more of a mood boost and more of a sense of euphoria.
