And if you enjoy this video, please, please, it helps me out if you just hit that little like button, you hit the bell, get notifications and you'll learn about all the newest products.
So today one of my favorite new brands coming out just because the number of products they have is called Alpha Lion, and we're going to talk about today the Superhuman Pump. Now this is a non stimulants pre-workouts, so there's going to be no stimulants. A lot of people may not want to deal with the caffeine or the other stimulants that keep you up at night, or you may want to just be like me and stack this with a stimulant so you get those extra pump ingredients.
But this is a really packed product and this flavor specifically is called Bubble Trouble, one of the newest ones, pineapple bubblegum sounds delicious, but they have other products or other flavors as well. So I wanted to break down the ingredients in here. Now they have one scoop serving and a two scoop serving. If you're like me, you're going to do the full two scoops, which gives you 21 servings, 21 doses for the month. So I'm going to break it down for you guys so you don't have to.
So we're going to start here. So we got sodium, which is pink Himalayan sea salt. Something I used to do was with my pre-workouts, I would grab some pig Himalayan sea salt right over in our office over here, pour it in there, and it's great for vascularity. So it's going to make those veins pop out a little bit more when you're working out. Potassium's also in here. Now this can lower blood pressure. Normally people like potassium in there is when you're getting a lot of caffeine or other stimulants, but for here it's probably for the increased vasodilation of the muscle cells. So again, for the pumps. Magnesium is in here. That's going to be for improving muscle function and performance. It's not a huge amount and it's not the magnesium that's going to cause you to poop. So just to let you know that because I know some people are worried.
Another one in here is the niacin. Niacin kind of gives you that little flush. It's not a huge dose of this though, so it's more for the natural energy and to preserve the glycogen levels in your muscles. Next one, L-citrulline malate. So this is almost in any pre-workout, any pump pre-workout that you take. This is for those pumps and normally you see either it's going to be citruline or L-citruline malate. I wanted to look into this. I was confused about that and I read a couple studies and you can find them online as well, but they did see that the malic acid further increased nitric oxide levels. So the form in this may actually better than just getting a regular citruline.
On the flip side of that, you do need more of it. So what's recommended was six to eight grams to get the best effects from that. And here you're going to get 8,000 milligrams. You're getting the top range of what they recommend. So a really nice dose in here. Next is beta-alanine, and you're going to get 3,500 milligrams of this. I think the normal dose is about 3,200 milligrams, but betalanine is going to help buffer lactic acid. You're going to bust out more reps. You're not going to feel that burning in your muscles as much as you would without it. It also causes the tingles. John's not here. John hates those tingles. It's fine. You're going to be okay.
You also got glycerol powder. So the glycerol in here is called hydro prime. This is going to improve pump, it's going to improve vascularity. The thing, whenever you take out a high dose of the glycerol, which in here is 3000 milligrams, just make sure you get enough water when you pour this in and drinking before you work out, fill that thing up. So you're getting a good heavy dose of water in here.
The next is their SS seven blend. This is a patented blend of a lot of different ingredients like green coffee bean, it's got some tart cherry, you got some blueberry extract, you got a bunch of stuff in here, and you got 150 milligrams of this. And the overall point of this blend is to boost nitric oxide levels. You'll see that same blend in a lot of their other pre-workout supplements as well. The estrogen is just in here to increase absorption of all the compounds in here.
Next is the Organic Lion's Maine. Now in here it's to reduce fatigue, so you'll be able to work out longer, but also enhances mental focus. And this is part of their nootropic blend. So that's what that's in there. The alpha GPCC, again is here to improve cognitive function. It can also reduce fatigue. So a great thing. Again, I think John always mentions that that's one of his favorite ingredients. And lastly is Huperzine. Huperzine is in a lot of nootropics as well, and that is to again, improve mental focus, make you more focused on your workout, where we all want to be, not thinking about other things that went on in your life.
So that is an in-depth of the panel on this product. Again, I like Alpha Lion. Some of their flavors are amazing. So if you're trying to look for, you just want something for pumps and for focus, you don't want any of the stimulants. Superhuman Pump is the product for you. So you can buy this at Bestpricenutrition.com. We got a bunch of them. If you have any questions, post them down below. If you've tried this product, post it down below, tell us what you think.
