Panda Supps Pump Juice Non-Stim Liquid Pump Pre-Workout
Video Transcription:
John:Hey guys, John and Jeff here with Best Price Nutrition. You can visit the website at Bestpricenutrition.com. And today we're covering another supplement from probably one of the most popular categories right now, the Liquid Pump supplements. Haven't really been around that long, but have become hugely popular and they are faster acting and more bioavailable than their powdered counterparts.
Jeff:And before I would've probably thought it was marketing talk, it was more bioavailable, but I've taken it and I love it. As long as you get enough, the big thing is the water. There's a few times where I got to the gym and I forgot to leave my shaker bottle inside, and I got cramps from I think taking this and not drinking enough water.
John:
Yeah, I see a lot of people doing shots of it. And if you are going to do shots of it-
Jeff:
Yes.
John:
Yeah, definitely wash it down with the shaker. I mix it with my pre-workout or a jug full of aminos or something.
Jeff:
Yeah, I think our favorite thing to do, I think I talked to a guy in the store today. I've been liking the 1MR that came out, it's got DMHA. I've been mixing that with a Liquid Pump Sauce and Pump Juice and the workouts are phenomenal.
John:
Yeah, we got Pump Sauce, we got FSU serum. It seems like this category is growing and also great for people who, I never really cared about chalkiness, but a lot of people don't like the chalkiness of a lot of the Pump supplements. And tend to clump, so that's two more reasons to try one of these out.
Jeff:
Yeah. I think it was Purus Labs that used to have the one little glycerol powder that said something about the clump. Love the Clump, I think it was called, because it would, it was like a clump. I remember getting it out of there, it was clumpy. But the liquid, it's phenomenal. So, if you haven't tried a liquid yet, hey, Pump Juice is here. You like Panda. Definitely one to try. But the big talk about it is, this one's just glycerol.
John:
Glycerol and a little bit of sodium.
Jeff:
A little bit, oh, it does have sodium, which is good for vascularity. Sodium is one of my favorite things for that.
John:
This one is unflavored, so if you are wanting to mix it with whatever pre-workout taking, if some of the flavored ones conflict with your pre-workout, you got an unflavored option right here.
Jeff:
Yep. And, taking one tablespoon. So I think the other stuff, we just all use the cap, right?
John:
Yeah.
Jeff:
I'm not sure if that's correct, but one tablespoon is going to give you 200 milligrams of the sodium, 10 carbohydrates, and 10 whopping grams of glycerol. So two tablespoons, which I have in here is just double that.
John:
Do you go with the double cap or the single?
Jeff:
I go with one.
John:
I go single, too.
Jeff:
Yeah.
John:
Two you might be running to the bathroom.
Jeff:
Yeah, that's what I worry about. I got to imagine they don't want you to go to the bathroom, so two capfuls or two tablespoons wouldn't cause that.
John:
Right.
Jeff:
But I just feel like it would.
John:
It does. It does.
Jeff:
You didn't drink enough water, I think that's the problem.
John:
And then, as far as the benefits of glycerol, hyperhydration, attracts and retains water in the muscles and muscle cells giving a better pump and fuller muscles.
Jeff:
Which is why you want a lot of water.
John:
Yeah. Increased blood volume, so it's going to drive more blood in the muscles, that's going to shuttle oxygen and nutrients to the muscles.
Jeff:
Yeah. You got the thermoregulation. Oh, you got the tough one here. Helps maintain optimal body temperature and proper hydration, improves performance, delays fatigue, everything that you want during a workout. And the last thing kind of ties in with the increased blood volume is cell volumization. Again, more water into those arms, giving you those great pumps during your workouts. It's crazy on arm and leg day, just love that stuff.
John:
Yeah, the salt has pretty much the same benefits as the glycerol, and that's something that you've been doing for a long time.
Jeff:
Exactly. So yeah guys, it's pretty easy. We've talked about these in other videos before. Again, this is the Panda Sups Pump Juice Liquid Glycerol. If you're wanting to try something new, you want to get those pumps. You've seen all the people at the gym getting bigger pumps than you, they're probably taking something like this. So again, non-stimulant, you could stack it with your other pre-workouts that you love. And yeah, I'd start with one capful, one tablespoon and see how you like it. But available at BestPriceNutrition.com right now. If you have any questions about this product or any of these Pump Juices, post them down below.
