Prohormones vs SARMS

Jeff:
Hey guys, this is Edwin and Jeff from Best Price Nutrition. Today we're going to be talking about SARMS versus Prohormones.
Before we get into this video, I just want to stress the fact that we do not recommend people take SARMS. You don't know where they're from, you don't know what's in them, and there's a reason why it says, "for research purposes only" when you buy this stuff. You can not get them at bestpricenutrition.com. We do not sell them, but we do sell Prohormones so we wanted to explain the differences.
And with that, I brought Edwin because he is the expert at everything Prohormone. He knows about SARMS, he knows about the differences, and I wanted to get it straight from an expert. Can we first talk about, what are SARMS?
Edwin:SARMs stands for Selective Androgen Receptor Modulators. Basically what they are is they're... Honestly watered-down actual PED, so to say. They still target certain androgen receptors in the body, whereas actual steroids will target every single one of them. Which is way you get full shutdown of your natural production of testosterone, you get full [inaudible 00:01:12] of conversion of estrogen and all that as well.
SARMs only hit selective ones, hence the name. In a sense, they still can shut down your body's natural production, so you still want to be careful. That's why a lot of people you even see online like, "Hey, I took SARMS and I completely got off. Now I feel pretty crappy for the most part."
Jeff:
You hear that a lot.
Edwin:
Yeah, yeah. And the reason why is because after a SARMS cycle, you actually have to go with a prescription PCT, meaning you actually have to take HCG. You got to take some kind of, either CIRM or AI. And then see how your levels get elevated from there basically, or how they stabilize themselves. That's the breakdown of what SARMS actually are.
Jeff:
Okay. And SARMS don't have a lot of research behind them.
Edwin:
Right.
Jeff:
They've been around for quite... I've read, some of the side effects of some of them are just crazy. I know it's the hip thing in the gyms and all these young kids doing it, and it's just like, "Ugh."
But I digress. Okay, SARMS versus... Now, we sell legal Prohormones at bestpricenutrition.com. What's the differences between the Prohormones and the SARMS?
Edwin:
One thing is the legality of it.
Jeff:
Yes, that's true, yep.
Edwin:
That's a huge thing right there. That's something I actually would want to stress as well to you guys. If it is very easily accessible, you probably shouldn't be getting it, if they do have legality issues.
The nice thing about Prohormones, especially the ones that we sell, all the Prohormones we sell, especially the ones from Hi-Tech, are all DHEA-based. Again, that's a natural compound that your body does naturally make, so taking an outside source of that just enhances your body's natural form. You're not getting any kind of shutdown or anything like that. And if - the big if - you do, it's by very, very small, single-digit percentages. Not even close to being as negatively effective on the body as a SARM or an actual PED.
But you still get the benefits of enhancing strength, enhancing muscle tissue, helping to lean out, helping to hold on to muscle tissue while you're leaning out, any general goal you have, basically in terms of gym-wise. That is, I would say, the biggest difference and why you actually should go for Prohormones over SARMs.
And at the same time, because they don't shut down your national production, you don't have to worry about taking any kind of prescription PCT afterwards or having to worry about the decline or hard stabilization of your natural levels. That way you can come off completely, go with a PCT that we also carry, and then be smooth sailing from there, basically.
Jeff:
Okay, that's great. Very good explanation. I don't want to get too far in depth of everything. We have tons of videos on Prohormones. I think this is the first video we did explaining the differences and everything.
Edwin:
Right.
Jeff:
Edwin was here and I just wanted his opinion on things. So again, guys, stay away from the SARMs. If you want to try to dabble in this stuff and you're older, try Prohormones first.
But yeah, Edwin, thanks for coming out to answer those questions. If you do have questions, you can ask him more differences, stuff like that. I'm not going to recommend any SARMs, we're not going to tell you where to buy them, but if you do have questions that we can answer, post them down below. And if I can't answer them, I'll shoot out to Edwin and get his response about them.
Otherwise, if you want to get some Prohormones, we have the largest selection online at bestpricenutrition.com. If you liked our video today, please give us a thumbs up. Keeps Edwin coming back out to see us. And if you want more notifications of when we release new product reviews or informational videos like this, hit that little bell below and you'll get an email every time that we do a new video. So guys, thanks for watching and until the next one.
