Pump Sauce Liquid Pump Agent Review
It seems every year there's a new category of supplements that explodes in popularity, a few years back it was collagen, the past year has been smelling salts and the new hot category seems to be liquid pump and liquid glycerol supplements. Gorilla Mind came out with their Liquid Glycerol, Inspired Nutra rolled out their FSU Serum and we've seen some up and coming brands like Pump Syrup roll out. Well one such new brand that's taking social media by storm is Pump Sauce, a full spectrum, zero caffeine liquid pump agent that delivers pumps like you've never experienced. That's what we're going to be talking about in todays post reviewing the all new Pump Sauce in the Shark Bite flavor.
Before we get into that let's talk a little bit about liquid pump formulas. well first off liquid glycerol and liquid pump supplements are more bioavailable than powders. Many pump preworkouts in powder form also have a chalky taste and tend to clump up in the tubs, sometimes to the point of becoming unscoopable. So the benefits of liquid pump products are higher bioavailability, no clumpiness in a tub and a smoother consistency, they also stack very well with your favorite stim based preworkout should you choose to stack it.

Pump Sauce Formula
So let's take a look at the formula behind Pump Sauce. Unlike a lot of liquid pump products which are just Glycerol and maybe some pink himalayan salt this formula packs 20 grams of Glycerol, 4 grams of Citrulline Malate, 1.5 grams of Arginine Sulfate and 400mg of Pink Himalayan Salt.
So what does this equate to in your workouts you may be wondering. Glycerol can help improve hydration during workouts and promotes bigger muscle pumps, we'll talk about this in the review but the most noticeable aspect of Pump Sauce was insane muscle fullness, especially in the biceps. Glycerol also helps with endurance as adaqute hydration is crucial when engaging in prolonged or intense exercise and it also supports a proper fluid balance in the body.
The Citrulline also enhances muscle pumps and exercise performance through a variety of mechanisms including its ability to increase nitric oxide production in the body. Arginine improves circulation, endurance and muscle pumps and the Pink Himalayan Salt supports proper electrolyte balance, performance and delivers massive muscle pumps as well. Pump Sauce Review
So again Pump Sauce is a non-stimulant liquid pump formula. I've tried a number of these in the past including Inspired FSU Serum and Gorilla Mode Glycerol so I'm already a huge fan of these products. Pump Sauce comes in three flavors including Blue Gummy Shark, Strawberry Lemonade and Watermelon Margarita. For this review I tried the Gummy Shark however I also have a bottle of the Watermelon Margarita I'm anxious to try. I should also mention that I did a one capful serving which delivered 10 grams of glycerol, 2 grams of citrulline, 750mg of agmatine and 200mg of pink himalayan salt. I got a sick pump and had a great workout so I'm excited to try out a full two cap serving.
As far as the flavor goes, I love the Gummy Shark flavor, it smells great, I tried it on its own and it tasted good, although for my preworkout I actually mixed it with Allmax A:Cuts in a Watermelon flavor and the flavors melded fine. I didn't want to take a preworkout with a ton of pump ingredients so I could actually distinguish the effects of Pump Sauce so A:Cuts was a good fit as its a low stim thermogenic preworkout with no other pump ingredients.
One thing liquid glycerol and liquid pump supplements in general can cause is runs to the bathroom, I'm happy to say that wasn't the case with Pump Sauce, though I did bring a handful of toilet paper from home just incase, can't stand the gym's one ply.
I took my Pump Sauce and A:Cuts combo on my way to the gym so about 15 minutes prior to my workout. With a lot of supplements it's difficult to tell if they're having a noticeable effect on performance but I will say I had a fantastic workout and did feel a difference. Obviously some days you just feel in the groove and some days you don't but I will say I felt increased endurance and the pump was sick, the most noticeable effect was a ton of fullness in my biceps and oddly enough it was an ab day for me and my inclined situps and other ab exercises seemed easier and less strenuous than normal.
Overall I was a big fan of Pump Sauce and felt it delivered a great workout experience. The one thing that worried me which is what worries me anytime I take heavy doses of liquid glycerol is bathroom issues, I did wind up having to use the restroom a couple hours after my workout but nothing bad and not even really worth mentioning.
Wrapping Up
I first learned about Pump Sauce a week or two back on Instagram, I reached out to the folks over at Pump Sauce and they were kind enough to send me two bottles to try out. I'm not sure if there's a supplement brand or company behind Pump Sauce as the product is sold on at PumpSauce.Com and on the packaging there doesn't seem to be any branding or a parent company.
The flavors of Pump Sauce again are Strawberry Lemonade, Blue Gummy Shark and Strawberry Margarita, the Gummy Sharks flavor was excellent, though if you're planning on stacking Pump Sauce with another stimulant preworkout you may want to select the flavor option that best pairs with whatever that preworkout is.
We'll very likely be bringing in Pump Sauce in the not too distant future and we'll keep you updated when we do, but for now Pump Sauce is available on the brands site PumpSauce.Com where you can pickup any of the three flavor options which come in a 16/32 bottle meaning if you take the full 2 cap serving you'll get 16 servings out of the bottle or if you take a one cap serving you'll get a full 32 servings.
