Game Of Thrones House Of Dragons is a prequel to Game Of Thrones and has been a popular show to watch. Game Of Thrones is based on George Martin's A Song Of Ice and Fire series, however, Game of Thrones House Of Dragons is based on his history book, Fire & Blood. Game Of Thrones House Of Dragons brings us back 200 years where House Targaryen was at the height of its power. 

Game Of Thrones House Of Dragon features all new characters and a different timeline. House Of Dragon focuses on the civil war within House Targaryen. The timeline of House Of Dragons will span about 28 years leading up to the start of the Dance Of The Dragons in 129 AC. House Of Dragons start at 101 AC and goes on from there. As the series goes on, we see the characters age over 20+ years. 

As we see in the show, the characters are aging significantly. As we grow older, it is important to keep our body healthy; plus there are supplements that can help slow down physical signs of aging and help support our overall health as we get older.

Collagen

Collagen is a protein that helps maintain the structure of our skin. As you can see in the picture above, Viserys Targaryen's skin structured has declined, however taking collagen can help prevent that from happening to your skin structure.

Viserys Targaryen suffered from Hansen's disease which is common in people 5-15 or those over 30 years old. Hansen's disease can impact the nerves, eyes, and the nose. Though EGCG can't prevent or cure Hansen's disease, this supplement can help with age related diseases such as arthritis which can occur when someone is diagnosed with Hansen's disease.

Viserys Targaryen suffered mental deterioration which is partially caused by the disease he had. However, if he was supplementing with CoQ10, it could have decreased the decline of his mental health.

In the beginning of the show, Viserys Targaryen's skin looked fantastic and so hydrated, but as time went on, his skin health declined, taking Vitamin C can help protect and hydrate your skin while providing a safeguard against wrinkle development.
