Holiday Monster Cookie Protein Bars

Ingredients:
- 1/2 Cup Of Creamy Peanut Butter
- 1/3 Cup Of Light Butter, Melted
- 1/3 Cup Of Plain, Nonfat Greek Yogurt
- 1 Whole Egg
- 1/3 Unsweetened Applesauce
- 3 Scoops Of Metabolic Nutrition Protizyme Vanilla Cake
- 1 Cup Of Quick Oats
- 1/3 Cup Of Oat Flour
- 1/4 Cup Of Granulated Zero Calorie Sweetener
- 1/2 Teaspoon Of Salt
- 1/4 Cup Of Peanut Butter Chips
- 1/4 Cup Of Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
- 1/2 Cup Of Christmas Color M&Ms
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F
- Add your oats, protein powder, flour, sweetener, and salt to a large bowl then mix
- Add your peanut butter, melted light butter, egg, and Greek yogurt
- Mix until combined
- Then add your applesauce and mix
- Now add peanut butter chips, semi-sweet chocolate chips, and M&Ms
- Gently stir into the batter
- Line a 9x9 cake pan with parchment paper
- Add batter to the pan
- Sprinkle with extra peanut butter chips, chocolate chips, and M&Ms if desired
- Bake at 350F for 12 minutes
- Be careful not to over-bake or they will dry out
- Take them out when the look under-done as they will continue to cook slightly once out of the oven
- Cut into 16 bars and enjoy!
