HumaPro vs Whey
According to ALRI, one 1 gram of this product is equal to 6 grams of whey protein. This means you can take less to get the same benefit you would receive from taking more of whey protein.

Directions & Dosage
Workout Days: ALRI Industries recommends that you mix up 1 scoop (1 serving) and drink with 8 to 10 ounces of cold water about 20 minutes before your workout. You should also take an additional serving/scoop right after your workout has been completed.
Non-Workout Days: ALRI Industries recommends that you take 1 serving of Humapro 25 minutes before taking in any type of protein or amino acids or at least 2 hours after you ingest any sort of protein or amino acid.
