Fantastic Product! When it comes to greens I prefer tabs and capsules to powders. I definitely noticed that I was taking this supplement, my BM improved within the first week and I was already regular prior to taking this formula, I like that they included probiotics. I definitely would recommend this greens product.
I love that Animal went with the Packs as opposed to a powder I'd have to mix with water and drink. Super easy to consume and easy to bring to work, to the gym, or on the go as I'm a busy dude. I recently started working out again and have been taking proteins and vitamins so now I have all my bases covered.
I find it hard to get enough greens with my diet and I've never really liked greens drinks in the past. While I do try to do a smoothie with kale and veggies and fruits from time to time I'm just not consistent enough with it. This makes it super easy to get the nutrients my body needs. Will definitely make this a regular part of my supplementation.
