To run the Mega Mass Stack take 2 capsules of Metha-Quad per day for 60 days. The 4 bottles contained in this stack will last for a full 60 days. After finishing your cycle take Blackstone Labs PCT-V. You will take 2 capsules of PCT-V per day, one in the morning and one in the evening. After finishing the 30 days of your PCT you'll want to remain off cycle for another 30 days prior to starting another prohormone cycle.
