So in the past I've used preworkouts like Redcon1 Total War, C4, the usual stuff. This one is quite different, but in a good way. Obviously with any naturally flavored product this isn't going to be as flavorful as what your used to, chemicals apparently taste pretty good, this one is a bit earthy, slightly sweet and has a bit of an earthy flavor but its not bad or overpowering, if you've ever taken a greens supplement you'll be fine with this. The energy boost isn't going to be as stimulant like as the other preworkouts mentioned above, however it does give me a nice boost and for me translates into body energy more so than just that stimmed out feeling behind your eyes. I'm a big fan I may not go
I've been looking for a natural preworkout and there's very few on the market so was excited to try this one. I was a little worried about the taste as some of the reviews I read complained about it but people must be babies, either that or I'm just used to things like superfood formulas and spirulina. Yeah this isn't gonna be some crazy candy taste like you may be used to but it doesn't taste bad at all, I actually kind of like it.
