Great Customer Service

This is my first time ordering from Best Price Nutrition. At first I was not impressed due to the shipping advertisement leading one to believe "same day" shipping. After a week, my order tracking showed that my order still had not been shipped. I called only to be told "same day" shipping applies only if the product is in stock and if the order is placed before 3:00 p.m. on a weekday. The good impression came when the CSR offered to call her supervisor, find out when the item was expected to be back in stock and the approximate shipping date to customers. She said she would call me back the following day. I thought that was the end of that! Sure enough, the next morning I got a call with the specifics of shipping date and delivery date and the order actually came a day earlier than expected. Because of that, I will remain a loyal customer and that CSR should be recognized as an asset to the company.

Great Product

This product lives up to its claims. Although I can't really attest to the weight loss as of yet, I am not having cravings for sweets like I have had all my life. My family history "dooms" me to diabetes but I believe this does in fact help my blood sugars. Maybe I can delay the inevitable.
