Now Foods Quinoa Grain Organic 1 Lb
Organic ancient grain that makes a great substitute for rice and is a good source of protein and fiber. Referred to by the ancient Incans as "the mother of all grains", Quinoa (along with buckwheat and amaranth) is one of the few plant sources to offer a complete set of amino acids, making it a rare plant source of complete protein.
