Great Product

This product is made to be a meat replacement food in order to keep protein high while still being vegetarian. These little protein cubes take on the flavor of whatever you put them in and act as a meat to increase protein and give some texture to the recipe. For that use this product does great. The protein content is not super high and the ratio of protein to carbs is not as high as I would like. Otherwise a great product for vegetarians.

This is a pretty cool supplement. You can use it in recipes and it pretty much takes on the flavor of any food that you put it in. However, this is a supplement that is basically straight soy. There are many studies that are showing that soy is not the best source of protein for men and weight lifters to be taking because it contains phyto estrogens. However, if you do not have a diet high in soy there is nothing to worry about. This is a cool supplement.
