I had previously tried a sample of Growth Factor splitting the dose per the options on the directions. This time I opted to take the 5 pill serving on an empty ( no solids,per say but, I had a protein shake about 20 minits after ) before bed. First off,amazing sleep. Regardless of accuracy, the Garmin Vivo that I wear' software agreed (they have a graph that shows your sleep patterns), all but the nights when I had caffein too late, when I could clearly see how restless my nights were. But most nights you could clearly see a 20-30 minit period roughly an hour and a half into my sleep where there was absolutely no movement or restlessness. I'm pretty sure this is the time frame where GH RELEASE was occurring. As for recovery; big muscle groups, high volume days,absolutely minimal, if non existent , DOMS. This may not hold true for big dudes at the dose recommended, but great for everyday fitness buffs like myself, who want to make those soreness inducing micro tears, yet have to go to work the next day and perform. So, my energy was up, mood was super, and as far as a libido bump I couldn't base any libido changes since I am a 39 year old recovering alcoholic and things just ain't the same anyway. Finally, overall far better than app nuts hgh up, GAT testrol, M.A.N.'s Novaldren XT , and Bulgarian tribulus by Ultimate Nut. I feel like there was a guessing game with the dosages and in the end felt cheated out of my $$$$, but GFXT is worth just about every penny Better value 45$ vs 60$, no crazy dreams, no sleepy carryover, no special instructions as far as upping calories, or drinking certain juices as was the case with Testrol. In conclusion: I would definitely purchase again, especially during bulk. I waited to write review until after a week had passed without GFXT and was able to replicate my two biggest workout days at the same intensity. The results were noticeable with regards to that stiff hot feeling the morning after, then the return of DOMS over the next 48 hours or so. BOTTOM LINE...LABEL CLAIMS HELD TRUE.
