Our Favorite New Brands We Brought In Here In 2020

2020 has been a strange year, but despite disruptions to our lives, as well as to supply chains, it was still a great year for supplements and we brought in a number of great brands. With the year wrapping up we wanted to take a moment to go through some of our favorite new brands we brought in here in 2020. Some of these brands have huge lines of diverse products, while others are new brands with just a product or two, but each brings something really unique to the table. So in no particular order, let's kick this off!

NutraBio

NutraBio is a brand we brought in earlier in 2020 and everyone here in the office and warehouse are huge fans of this brand. NutraBio has a diverse line-up of products including Pre-Workouts, Stim-Free Pre-Workouts, Protein Powders and earlier this year at the beginning of the pandemic they began rolling out immune boosting supplements like Zinc, Vitamin C, and other immune supporting blends. NutraBio also makes some tasty protein powders in unique flavors like Whiskey and Cream, Root Beer Float, and others. They also regularly roll out special edition flavors like their Miss American Pie and Bombs Away flavors of WPI which were rolled out for the Fourth of July. One last product that's unique and worth a mention is NutraBio Clear, the brands Whey Protein Isolate which is a light, crisp and refreshing protein powder which is also incredibly lean with only about 80 calories per serving. Regardless of what type of supplement you're looking for, it's definitely worth giving NutraBio a look.

ASC Supplements

ASC Supplements is another brand we've brought in within the last few months. While they don't have as large of a collection as NutraBio, they do hit pretty much every category with the exception of a protein powder. ASC Supplements is probably best known for El Jefe, their pre-workout supplement which provides a strong sense of euphoria and a great feeling duriing workouts. Outside of El Jefe their stim-free Pump Pre-Workout Sicario gives a great pump, Demonio is a solid fat burner, and Bomba is a tasty amino formula. While we've only been carrying ASC for a short while they've already developed a loyal following.

Condemned Labratoriez

Condemned Labz is one of my personal favorite brands and has become a huge hit among our staff as well as customers both online, as well as our our brick and mortar retail stores. Convict is by far their most popular product and one of the hottest pre-workouts on the market. If you're a stim lover you'll definitely want to try this one out. Outside of Convict Condemned Labz also has Arsyn a popular and effective fat burner as well as Thyrogenic for thyroid support and stim-free weight loss, HumaSLIN their insulin optimizer and glucose support agent, and their Confined EAA/BCAA formula which also has added elements for hydration.

Crow Nutrition

Crow Nutrition, this is one of my personal favorite brands and kind of my baby in that I played a role in bringing this one in. I began noticing Crow Nutrition on Instagram at the beginning of this year and would occasionally chat with the owner. I loved their branding, and their first ever supplement IntraFast grabbed my interest as it's a unique supplement in a category nobody else is really doing, intermittent fasting. Crow Nutrition's IntraFast is a supplement you sip throughout the day for energy, it's got some nootropics for focus, and will keep you going while fasting. IntraFast was Crow's first supplement but they quickly followed that up with Sugar Shuttle their Glucose Disposal Agent (GDA). Crow Nutrition also rolled out Rumble, an all new Pre-Workout supplement. We will be getting that one in soon but don't have it in as of yet, they have sent some samples out however and it's good stuff. If you're someone who enjoys an afternoon energy drink as a pick me up I'd definitely recommend picking up a tub of IntraFast and giving it a try, it's a great alternative and is more cost effective. We really look forward to seeing what else Crow Nutrition rolls out here in 2021.

NXT Bar

NXT Bar is another personal favorite of mine but has become popular around the office as well as with customers. NXT Bar does one thing, but they do it well, and that's protein bars. NXT Bars are very unique in their texture, and somewhat remind me of 5% Nutrition's Knock the Carb Out Bars, however more lean and less greasy. If you're a fan of KTCO Bars however you'll definitely enjoy the NXT Bars. These bars have a great taste, and a unique texture unlike most other protein bars, they're Keto Friendly, Paleo Friendly, and pack 15 grams of prtoein, 2 grams of sugar, and only 4 grams of net carbs. If you're growing tired of you're usual protein bar and are looking to mix things up give NXT Bars a try!

Built Bar

Let's follow up one protein bar with another. While NXT Bars are a personal favorite of mine, Built Bars are a close second, and I would say here around the office Built Bars are the go to protein bar. Earlier this year Built Bar had built, pardon the pun, such a buzz that we were unable to even re-order and get stock in. Built Bars are truly unique protein bars and have a texture unlike any other we've ever tried. Over this past year the Built Bar brand itself has slowly been expanding into other product categories outside of just protein bars, they now have an Immune Boosting Mix, Mini Built Bars, a Bone Broth product, and an Energy Gel, we currently only carry their protein bars. The Built Bars as mentioned do have a truly unique texture with the chewy gooey filling, they have a great taste, and surprisingly even with tasting as great as they do are one of the leanest protein bars on the market coming in at just over 100 calories for most of their bars.

Dragon Pharma Labs

Dragon Pharma also deserves an honorable mention here. We brought in Dragon Pharma for the first time about three months back. Initially we only brought in Dragon Pharma Mesotrope, the brands ProHormone supplement which was actually quite unique from other prohormones on the market. Unfortunately Dragon Pharma discontinued this product shortly there after. We did however wind up bringing in a few other items from their line. Next we brought in FemaTrope which is a really interesting product, it's a female muscle building supplement which is pretty unique, not a lot of those on the market. We get a lot of questions and from women interested in taking Hi-Tech's ProHormones and while women can take those, they aren't always the best fit, so it's great to have another option for our female customers. Outside of Dragon Pharma FemaTrope we also brought in their Venom Pre-Workout, Mr. Veinz Non-Stim Pump Pre-Workout, and Dr. FEARR Amino Formula. Mr Veins and Venom stack up together excellent for insane energy and monster pumps so give that stack a try!
